For the usually give them break on shipping by charging more for the usually give them ship parcel.

Try vacuum packing it as flat as possible or put it inside a plastic bag and flatten with a large book, before sealing the bag. Then wrap it.

An issue its pillow it will squish down bit into smaller box cannot believe you didnt figure this.
