I am interested in flipping houses– but not the typical way. My cousin Jen said she has made more money off her homes annually than her and her husbands actual jobs (teacher and web designer) They buy a home, live in it with their 3 kids, and fix it up for a bout a year– then they sell and buy a new home and do the same thing. Is this a good idea? How could I do better? I was thinking about getting my real estate license, and maybe a degree in home decor? Is there such a thing? I am building my online shabby chic home decor business, and am looking for tips to add a little charm to my packages. I have a super cute invoice (not too flashy) and always wrap the items in pink tissue paper before sending them. I am looking for other tips to help make packages more memorable. Any ideas?
